Ruth Kemper, PharmD, BCPS is the Founder and President of KPS. She has worked as a pharmacist for over 35 years and has a wide breadth of clinical and leadership experience including management roles for Fortune 50 retail pharmacies and as a clinical pharmacist with expertise in infectious diseases and oncology.
Shelby Kemper, PharmD, MPH is the Vice President and oversees all international projects. She is a highly-motivated pharmacist and public health specialist with proven management, analytical and communication skills in global health and pharmacy. Her diverse experience spans small field-based non-profits to the World Health Organization.
